Because life is better without clothes
Updated: February 21, Reader-Approved References. Nudism, also known as naturism, involves a lifestyle of nudity at home and in public, and is all about getting in touch with your body and respecting yourself as well as the other people in your community. Contrary to what some people think, it's more about freedom than sexuality, and it can be a very liberating and rewarding movement to align yourself with. If you're interested in the nudist movement and would like to know how to put your ideas into practice, then see Step 1 to be on your way. Nudism, or naturism, is a lifestyle that some people practice in order to feel closer to nature. To practice nudism, spend time naked at home or out in nature. For example, you might make meals, eat, study, relax, or sleep naked.

As long as we can do what makes us feel best.
Maybe it was a British thing, and maybe it was because it was too cold in my homeland to be sans clothes. At school I was always the one who would wait for the one cubicle that had a door to put my PE gear on rather than getting changed in the communal area. It began a few years ago, when I separated from my husband and moved out of the family home. I moved into a top floor unit and no one could see in, and as my son was only very young at the time being naked was fine. It felt so liberating. Plus, as the unit was near the beach, with the balcony door and windows open the sea breeze felt fab on my bits. Post continues. We only stayed at that rental for a short time and the next move was to another unit block. Again, it was quite private—only my kitchen was looked in on by one another apartment. As my neighbours were literally never there, I happily continued my freethenipple get up.
